2:30am – eating cereal & peanut butter toast. Yeah, i’m still jetlagged. LOL

Hmm didn’t switch my roaming on, so I haven’t received any TEXT message for about 2 months now.

Yes, physically. I’m on my tri-sem of pregnancy. Aside from nakakapagod maghintay, nakakapagod din pala ang may bitbit sa tyan tapos nasa bahay ka lang at walang mashadong diversion. Ganun pala pag naglealeave sa Allstars, nagiging parang bum ka. Ngayon ko narerealize, ndi pala kami nagpapahinga. LOL

We are all cut-out differently, but love is universal.

Yes. Kawawa sakin ang straw. ;p

I am. Somebody even gave me a bracelet that has TEASE on it. To state the obvious? LOL

Nope, I bite the foreskin around my nails. Hehehehe!

3 months from now, I’ll be in a mother-daughter relationship! Can’t wait.

Children’s laughter, Kikoy’s rrrr’s, Allstars silence (hahaha sarcartic ako!), waves from the beach, dry leaves crunching under my feet, rustling of the leaves from the trees…

Hmmm nah… Thay are just my favorites. Except for the tagalog ones. Naka-TFC mode lang ako that’s why.

I notice I’ve been using LOL a lot. Kse ngayon ko lang nalaman na “laugh out loud” pala ibig sabihin nyan. Hahahaha! Pati IDK, “I don’t know” pala. Nakakaloka. Even though I’m updated with all the technologies, there are some things that I still want the old-fashioned way. Like writing. I really can’t stand it when ppl wryt lyk ds. Dey r so dsrespecful 2 words. Nakakasakit. LOL

Iba pa rin nga ang feeling pag nagsusulat sa kwaderno (o diba, notebook yan in English) gamit ang ballpen or lapis. How I pity kids today lalo na yung mga can afford mag“notebook”/laptop sa eskwela. Kahit nga pagreresearch sa Library, hindi ko maimagine na hindi ko gagawin kung sakaling babalik ako sa iskul. Kasi nga lahat, you can get with just one click of a finger. Ang dali lahat. Andyan nlang lahat. Isinusubo na. Ngunguyain na lang.

Actually pati paggamit ng sariling wika natin, ang pagbastardize nito, at pagiging “secondary” nlang nito sa atin, nakakasakit din. May point si Conrado de Quiros nung sinabi nya na, yung ibang bansa na dati ay behind sa atin sa ekonomiya, inaaral na ang Ingles kasi perpekto na nila ang sarili nilang lenguwahe. Ginagamit nga nila ang sarili nilang wika sa mga pahayagan, pakikipagtalakayan sa telebisyon, kahit mga cab drivers at tindera nila yun ang ginagamit. Kaya ngayon, ang Ingles naman hindi lang nila as “tool for globalization” kundi bilang secondary na lang na lenguawahe. Nakakahabag isipin na sa atin, baligtad e. Wala tuloy tayong sense of identity/country, kahit magdamit pa tayo from head to toe ng mga kulay bughaw, pula at dilaw.

Sayang nga, sana, ngayong mas nakikilala ang Pinoy sa buong mundo, aside sa pagsuot ng mga tshirt at caps that expresses nationalism, these kids would also learn how to really speak Tagalog. Astig siguro yun. Sabi nga ng aking dakilang partner in crime, si Koy, kakaiba daw ang tunog ng wika natin pag mga puti ang nakakarinig. Exotic… Naalala ko nga minsan, may isang rap artist na lumaki sa Bay Area, Pinoy, na dumalaw sa Pilipinas. Tinanong ko kung nagtatagalog sya. Sabi nya hindi. So pinagtripan ko kausapin sa tagalog. Aba nag-inarte na parang nag-oorgasm sya. Hahahaha! Mantakin mo yun, Pilipino na yun, gusto ang tunog ng tagalog. Pero hindi naman kasi sya pinalaki ng magulang sa wikang yun kaya ayun, hirap sha pumasok sa entertainment scene sa Pinas. Ingles lang kasi ang alam.

Buti nga din yung mga pamangkin ko dito sa Tate, sa Tagalog pinalalaki. Para paglaki nila dito, bi-lingual sila. Bi-lingual talaga, Hindi bilingual-bi-lingualan. LOL
